How to order with Credit Card?  

 Simply add items you want to your online shopping cart. Press Checkout, enter your shipping information and select Credit Card as your payment method. You will then be asked for credit card and billing information. Enter this in carefully. Then you are done. Your credit card will then be authorized for the amount of the order. When shipped, the card will be charged.

 Simply add items you want to your online shopping cart. Press Checkout, enter your shipping information and select Payment Method PayPal. How to use  Gift Certificates, Coupon and Promotional Codes?

Any codes you have received entitling you to discounts or special offers must be entered during the checkout process.  To take advantage of the discount or special offer, enter the code in the "Promotion/Coupon Code" box.  This entry field is located on the second page of checkout directly following your shipping option selections.Hit the enter button after entering the code into the correct field. You will see the coupon applied on the right hand side of the screen with your order summary immediately following the subtotal value.  Please note, one coupon or per person, per account.  Also, only one gift certificate is valid per order.  Orders must be received prior to expiration date and codes are non-negotiable. Discounts are not valid following expiration.  

 My credit card has been charged, but I haven't received my order. What should I do?

Simply reference your order ID Number and a representative will pull up your account and track your order. Please note, all orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on weekdays, excluding holidays. Please be sure to enter the correct and complete shipping address when placing your order. Company name (if applicable), Apartment number, Suite, etc. Love4Jewels is not responsible for orders shipped to incomplete and incorrect addresses. There is an automatic $9.99 reshipment fee to reship orders due to customer order entry error. 

 Do you charge sales tax?     

 Illinois State Residents are subject to sales tax of 7.5% on total merchandise ordered.

Out-of-Stock Product

We will ship your product as it becomes avaiable. Usually most orders are shipped the same day if the order is placed by 12 pm the order will ship the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have orderes is out of stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order and ask for refund at any time prior to shipping.

Returns  

We do not take returns unless you receive an item damaged. In that case we will be gladly give a credit or exchange it for you.
